Really simple! Get an invoice for a payment plan, make any payment amount at anytime until your order is paid in full

Once paid in full we will process and ship your oder! That's it!

 

You may make changes or add to your order at any time before your Payment Plan is paid in full (For example, if you get a new vehicle you can change alternators, or change the colors you selected)

 

If an item becomes discontinued or is no longer available before your Payment Plan is paid in full you can select another product to replace the item no longer available. If we cannot build a replacement alternator to fit your vehicle you can choose to receive a full refund or Iraggi Credit which can be used for any Iraggi Merchandise, included sales and specials

Q: How do I start a Payment Plan?

A: Select the Payment Plan Button on this page, or select "Quote" from the menu bar, select your vehicle and follow the instructions from there

Q: How long is a Payment Plan?

A: Payment Plans have no expiration. Pay what you can when you can

Q: What will my monthly payment be?

A: There is no minimum amount! Make any amount payment that you want!

Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: Yes! You can make changes or additions to your order before your invoice is paid in full. No changes can be made once you have paid in full

Q: What if I cannot pay in full within the 12-months?

A: That's ok! Just let us know and we will extend your payment plan invoice!

 

Q: How do sales affect my Payment Plan?

A: Email us to let us know you would like to take advantage of the current sale & we'll update your Payment Plan invoice to reflect the sale amount! Some sales/special may not qualify for a Payment Plan & will be noted on all sales/specials announcements posted to social media or site. If you do not pay in full on or before your Payment Plan expires any sale items will revert to current pricing amounts and your Payment Plan invoice will be updated

What if my item is no longer available before I pay in full?

A: If an item becomes discontinued or is no longer available before your Payment Plan is paid in full you can select another product to replace the item no longer available. Q: Can I cancel my Payment Plan/Order?

A: Technically yes, however any payments you've made will be forfeited & no refunds will be issued.​ Down payments & payments made towards payment plans are non-refundable

We order custom parts & supplies based on orders placed. We will not refund any money if you change your mind or find another product elsewhere

In the above “you” and “your” refer to Iraggi Alternator customers and prospective customers, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Iraggi Alternator and “Service” “Services” refers to the services provided by Iraggi Alternator. Iraggi Alternator may update this Payment Plan Policy from time to time without prior notice to our customers

IRAGGI ALTERNATOR REFUND POLICY

The ONLY time Iraggi Alternator will issue a refund to a customer is if the customer provided all the correct information for his/her vehicle and the alternator does not fit and was sold as a DIRECT BOLT ON. If a customer is on a payment plan and for any reason no longer needs an alternator, we will keep the amount paid applied to the customers account as a credit to be used for anything Iraggi Alternator produces/sells.

 

We do NOT provide refunds for ANY non-direct bolt-on units for any reason. These units are not exact fits and customers will always be advised that modifications may be needed.
